Owner and Operating Manager
Krista Guy is a Birmingham, Alabama native and has been in and around the construction industry for twenty plus years, with the last several years focused on roofing and remodeling. Farm and Lillie was born out of her passion for project management, attention to detail in every phase of the process, and relationship building with both clients and subcontractors. She is a wife and the proud mom of two grown sons; and a teenage daughter. Krista enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, who lovingly call her "Kay Kay". She resides in the Birmingham, Alabama area with her family and their three dogs, Kiwi, Daisy & Bella.

Heather Feathers, a Greystone resident of nearly 20 years, is originally from Arkansas, with deep roots in Memphis. She is dedicated to connecting people with businesses and cultivating meaningful client relationships. With extensive experience in project management, Heather brings both personal and professional insight to the construction industry. She serves on the board of Make-A-Wish Alabama, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community. A proud mother of two teenagers, Heather is driven by a desire to grow and make a positive impact continually. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, running, and strengthening her connections within the Birmingham community.
